As far as gameplay goes, Pandemic is a fantastic game to start new players on. The events of the past few years, though, have made Pandemic’s theme...awkward at best. Check in with the other players before pulling this game out, but this is still a game worth playing.

At the start of a round, a player lays down a card, and the second player tries to guess if they are bluffing or telling the truth. As more people find out what the card is, they can choose to pass the decision along and watch their friends enter into a one-on-one bluffing match!

Dixit is a whimsical game about matching a description with a picture. Each player has a handful of cards with stunning abstract pictures. We'll first choose one to match the clue given by one of the players ("Which of my cards best represents 'happiness'?"), then we'll try and find the card the clue giver contributed ("Is happiness a mouse laying on cheese? Or a couple holding hands in a park? Or sunflowers growing in the sun?"). Dixit's structure makes for a quick, fun, and easy game!

Insider takes a simple game and adds a fun twist to it. The group has five minutes to ask yes/no questions to figure out what the key word is, and then in the second round the group must figure out who among them already knew the key word from the very start!

This game helps players out by providing a game board filled with small pictures, then challenges players because we can use only these pictures as clues.
